Supplier FAQs.

Is it free to create an account?

Yes. Creating an account, building your profile and completing an onboarding request a buyer sent you are all free.

Do I need to subscribe?

No. Register free and keep a free account as long as you like — you can build a profile and complete onboarding requests buyers send you.

What a subscription buys is extra visibility. Without one you won't be as visible in buyer searches, you won't carry badges, and your compliance and capability information won't be visible to buyers looking for someone like you.

What's the difference between the plans?

Basic makes you findable. Pro makes you qualifiable — it adds the readiness badges buyers filter on. Elite puts you higher in results and gives you lead signals. Full detail on the pricing page.

Can I use my information with more than one buyer?

Yes. That's the point. Fill in your profile once and reuse it for every buyer who asks, instead of starting over each time.

What do buyers usually ask for?

Company details, tax ID and W-9, business registration, insurance certificate, certifications, and sometimes bank details. It varies by buyer. Keeping those in one place is what makes the next request quick.

How do I know if I'm ready?

Your profile shows what's complete and what isn't. Your agent tells you what to fix next.

How do I upload and update documents?

In your profile. Replace a document any time — the new version is what buyers see.

What is EDC?

An optional certification, $25 a year, where we validate your credentials against outside sources so buyers don't have to. Detail on the EDC page.

Does EDC guarantee I'll get work?

No. It doesn't guarantee approval or selection by any buyer, and it doesn't replace what a specific buyer asks of you. What it removes is one round of checking.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that your badges lapse and your compliance and capability information stops being visible to buyers. Your account and profile stay.

How long does a form take?

Three to five minutes. Most are processed within ten minutes. Insurance and anything else needing an outside check can take up to 48 hours.

Something failed a check. What now?

You'll get an email explaining what failed, why, and what to correct. Fix it and apply again.

Who do I contact?

Your agent, any time — it's available 24/7 and it handles most things. Anything it can't resolve goes to our support team.

What is EDC going to cost me?

Nothing extra if you're on a plan — it's included in all of them. On its own without a subscription it's $25 a year.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data.
