Do you replace our ERP?
No. Your ERP holds transactions and pays people. We decide which suppliers belong in it and keep their records true. Approved records flow into it automatically.
Do you replace our procure-to-pay system?
No. We integrate with it and keep the supplier data inside it accurate.
We do sell a procure-to-pay module for organisations that don't have one and want one. It isn't what this platform is built around.
What's included and what costs extra?
Onboarding is the base module, from $18,000 a year. Supplier impact, sustainability, procure-to-pay, payments and financial risk monitoring are priced separately. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Financial risk monitoring — included or extra?
Extra. It comes from Experian and it's priced by how many suppliers you monitor, from $2,700 a year.
Sanctions and debarment screening is a different thing and it's included. We run OFAC and EPLS continuously on every supplier at no extra cost.
What happens when a supplier fails a check?
Access stops, and it stays stopped until you decide otherwise.
You're told what failed. The supplier gets a report telling them what failed and what to do about it. Nothing gets quietly resolved without you.
How quickly do suppliers get through onboarding?
Each form takes a supplier three to five minutes. Most are processed by our agents within ten minutes. Anything needing an external check — insurance is the common one — can take up to 48 hours.
Do you cover supplier quality and performance?
No. We deal in factual supplier information — identity, compliance, risk, capability. How well a supplier performs on your contracts is your judgement to make, and we don't score it.
Who typically runs this?
Procurement and sourcing own it most often. Compliance and risk, finance and AP, and whoever owns supplier reporting all work in the same records rather than keeping their own.
Do you sell our supplier data?
No. We do not sell your supplier data.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently removed.
Can we start without buying anything?
Yes. The SRM console shows you your own supplier base and monitors the essentials at 0 cost.
Will this work at our size?
Multiple business units, multiple sites, different local processes — each site keeps its own way of working and its own list, and a supplier verified at one site is verified for all of them. Group reporting sits on top without overruling anyone.
How are you different from a point solution?
A point tool solves one supplier task and creates a new copy of your supplier data to do it. Six of those and reconciliation becomes somebody's job. Here, onboarding, compliance, risk and reporting read the same record.
Do I have to use AI for everything?
No. Your workflow is a mix of automation and manual steps. Some tasks are so critical that the system insists a person does them. You decide which those are. The agent handles the rest.
