The CREDS Consortium is an alliance of U.S. national trade organizations that have rallied around a common cause to promote “supplier diversity” in the real estate industry.
Through a two-year pilot program with SupplierGATEWAY, the CREDS Consortium aims to assist its individual corporate members with identifying, articulating, and tracking their discretionary procurement spending on service providers, contractors, JV partners, vendors, and other enterprises owned by minorities and women (MWBEs).
If your company is interested in hiring MWBE contractors in its supply chain, you should first arrange for SupplierGATEWAY to provide a demo of its vendor management platform. Team members interested in these demos typically include those responsible for your company’s procurement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Next, your company should consider a yearly subscription to SupplierGATEWAY’s platform as a key resource aimed to enhance your connections with and possible hiring of MWBE suppliers. The cost for a yearly subscription is $10,000 for any company that is a member of or represented by one of the real estate trade associations in the CREDS Consortium.

MWBEs can be listed in SupplierGATEWAY’s database at no cost, after they create an account and fill out a profile. Learn more here.
SupplierGATEWAY also offers Enhanced Digital Certification (EDC) that recognizes all types of diverse businesses including those owned by minorities, women, veterans, LGBTQ+ persons, and persons with disabilities. Learn more about EDC here.
There’s no guarantee that an enterprise listed in SupplierGATEWAY’s database will be hired as a contractor by a company that is a member of or represented by one of the trade associations in the CREDS Consortium. But a listing in SupplierGATEWAYs database can enhance opportunities and help build connections that can lead to more work in the real estate industry’s supply chain.
Showcase your business to CREDS Consortium members and get exposure to more opportunities for your small, diverse business.
